At the Grace Tame Foundation (“The Foundation”), the privacy of your personal information is important. This Website Privacy Policy explains how your personal information will be treated by The Foundation when you use the Foundation’s Website

(“the Website”). This policy may change from time to time.

2. FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION

i. marketing - to communicate with you about donations, products, services, campaigns, causes and events, including The

Foundation Newsletter;

ii. research - to conduct and/or engage with research relevant to The Foundation’s purpose;

iii. volunteering and other support - to enable you to assist us with volunteering, community fundraising, advocacy and other

activities that we seek your support; and

iv. other issues - we may also use your information to communicate with you in relation to our operations, activities and objectives.

Normally, we only collect personal information directly from you, for example, when you contact us in person, telephone us or provide written material to us. We will only collect personal information by lawful and fair means and not in an intrusive way.

We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 16 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 16 years of age, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible. If a child under 16 years of age has provided us with personal data, their parent of guardian may contact The Foundation.
